TeamFinder transforms the European Union from a top-down administrative machine into a bottom-up resilient organism. By integrating with eIDAS/EU Wallet and strategic data infrastructure, it provides:

Real-time Civic Data: Direct, accurate insight into the challenges of the 450 million.
Crisis Response: A structural layer that enables rapid mobilization of expert teams across borders.
Democratic Trust: Strengthening the "forgotten organizational level" ensures the Union is anchored in real people, not just bureaucracy.

2. For the Coder/investor: Secure, Ethical, Scalable Architecture

TeamFinder is not a matchmaker; it is an "EU-wide Team" infrastructure.

The Echo-Chamber Breaker: Unlike commercial AI that feeds polarization, our algorithm uses mathematical precision to connect people with complementary challenges, breaking silos.
Security & Sovereignty: Built on EU-wide strong authentication (eID) standards. User data is not a commodity; it is personal property.
Open Integration: An API-first approach that ensures TeamFinder can function as an EU-wide core component, compatible with existing member-state services.

Please note: As the project is still largely at a conceptual level, many technical details (such as encryption techniques or server architecture) have not yet been publicly defined in their final form.

It is worth considering how the new EU Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act) will affect the use of such algorithms and synchronize this with the official EU wallet, which is currently being tested.
