The three corresponding roadmaps peeking behind complete the view to a PPPP development process (Politic-Public-Private-Person), leading EU cooperation to a new level. The interaction between levels in the new era could be represented by a function "elevator" ensuring cross-sectoral understanding in perspective, logic, and terminology.

The European Union is a success story of human rights, languages, and peaceful coexistence of peoples.
The Personal EU is a very EU-like idea; it strengthens the EU's self-esteem, inspires people daily to be EU-wide, and activates us to connect with like-minded people in other EU countries.
To do it well:
1. The Union's homepage should be a pleasant central place for all EU citizens.
2. A TeamFinder should create Union-wide citizen groups at the touch of a button.
The concept requires citizen-centric community tools for daily private and professional interaction.
Creative, like-minded, union-wide teams are also a resource for new user-centric innovations. So the concept should be part of the EU's public-private partnership policy. PPPP (Politic-Public-Private-Person) cooperation enables every EU citizen to enjoy EU citizenship and to personally participate in steering the Union towards a better tomorrow.
The EU administration should actively promote the widespread use of the Personal EU concept and be involved in organizing PPPP cooperation.
Personal EU has a life-enhancing message for every one of the Union's more than 400 million citizens: EU is YOU!

The Union's homepage europa.eu should have a "Personal EU TeamFinder" button that accepts your EU ID, and allows you to become your team in your screen: one person from each EU country - the person whose online history best complements you (life values, hobbies, development ideas, internationalization aspirations).
The group would be ready to use immediately, and its window grid would be for video meetings and writing.
Everyone could write/speak in their window and reply to each other's windows. Your meeting history would be saved in the team log, and you could return to it by a timeline, word search, translator...
Of course, you could make a real show out of your Personal EU, but your team should work fine on a laptop or a mobile phone.
Personal EU teams need a good toolbox for meaningful interaction: to understand each other, to compare things, to launch joint projects, to vote on anything. And to interact with the work of other EU levels in a complementary way. To strengthen all this and the Personal EU era, an EU-wide Personal EU Academy would be a natural key player.

Because there are tens of different languages in the union, only 250 million people of 450 million speak a common language.
Between languages, there already are good online translation and interpretation programs - but less between smaller languages which are the majority.
By investing enough, the European Union could offer an online any language-to-any language system for anyone in the union.
The biggest reason to develop such a system, however, is to ensure the existence of our language richness - and the unique cultural resources behind languages.
Our present language situation means that much more actual information should be translated into the smaller languages, to avoid their exclusion and death.

The online translation should be an essential part of our interactivity. Promising net translators already exist, but there is still a lot to fix (as this text written by Finn proves). Let's cooperate to understand things better!

The Personal EU system should include a component that extracts parallel facts from each country and displays them alongside the original. Let's call this tool a comparer. It makes the multicultural discussion more rewarding and interesting for all participants and helps the groups get good practical ideas.

Find comparing technical, economic, and social information from each EU country and place the results as visual/audio crystallizations for comparison on the map.
By comparing, we understand each other much more easily.
Voting is a good way to come to democratic solutions.

University-level development center for reaching the EU's goal "World's most advanced innovation society".

The task of the Academy would be to show the path from the birth of a successful Union-wide team to the implementation and development of successful hobby circles, joint purchases, tourism circles, startups, representative offices, manufacturing circles, and EU SMEs.
