Your brain is the control center of your life.
Big streams and small rivers connect all of your time there with a unique personal power: work time, leisure time, hobbies, development, day, night... everything.
Nature's organizations are based on cells and their division.
The planets travel in their orbits regulated by gravitational and radiation forces.
But what happens in practice? Almost all organizational charts in business and administration are still based on the age-old military box formula. In today's information society, the model is like a petrified relic from a historical excavation - and it doesn't work.
You belong to some hierarchical organization that "cuts out part (and only part) of your brain and puts it in a fixed box" to act as a unit of output towards something you may not understand or accept.
People in different parts of stacks of boxes connected by thin lines have a hard time understanding their own and each other's challenges.
People spend their entire working lives in boxes that define what they want to be. No part outside of these abilities is needed.
This severed head cannot function completely naturally even at home because someone has also cut off a part of the loved one in the same way.
It's time to realize that the rapidly integrating information society is a great opportunity to use your brain without limits – for the common good of both you and us all.

The idea is to turn the box organization into a natural cellular planet built around people and challenges!
Think of the organization as a cell or a planet.
Its location, shine, and charm are important to the customer.
And since there is no business without customers, define the planet's conditions so that it is good for the customer to be there.
Since the invention of the wheel, the child of nature, Homo Sapiens (lat.) "wise man", has in all his wisdom invented an entire world made of boxes to limit his living conditions and functionality.
We have also organized ourselves into boxes, where we obey and do what is commanded from other boxes. It is as if we only breathe inwards.
Thanks to the ever-increasing technological development of the information society, messages can now travel in any direction, and there are vastly more of them than before.
At the same time, we humans live stuck in the boxes of our thinking and still do not know how to naturally breathe our thoughts out.
However, breathing life in and out in a natural way would be the key to the natural functionality of life.

In the digital age, the changes in the cellular planet can be illustrated clearly and easily understood.
Cell planet thinking develops the information society towards a more humane and life-centered era. This means good news for you AND our old-fashioned organizations.
You have the opportunity, the right and the obligation to manage the personal part of your challenges, and grow them with your reliable team across borders – a team with common challenges, values and expertise.
The cell planet model can also illustrate the splendor and attractiveness of the organization.

The cell-planet thinking was successfully used already in the 1980s to demonstrate a new kind of human value in the public renewal of the internal and external corporate image of Valmet Paper Finishing Systems' industrial organization.
😁 Growing an individual into a whole planet of cells with the idea of cooperation became a huge challenge in my work, when I realized that every citizen of an EU country is also a citizen of the European Union with the associated rights and challenges. And that this Union-wide realization can be the beginning of a new bright era for 450 million people and a happier cooperation between all levels of the Union. Already at the beginning of 2006, I was invited to the Commission's workshop in Brussels to talk about the core and roadmap of the "Personal EU" initiative. Shortly after that, I was happy with the decision to use the theme as the information society theme of Finland's EU presidency. Of course, I was also happy to quickly earn the nickname "Mr. Personal EU".
😁 15 years later, on 15 December 2022, key EU leaders signed a very citizen-oriented declaration "Digital rights and principles" in Brussels. I am happy that this kind of opening finally fits the EU frameworks.
Along with such positive progress, I would like to mention a couple of instructive moments for the coming days, so that the last step of the "certain victory" of the idea would also be secured in time.
😣 As part of the aforementioned Valmet corporate image process with cell planet thinking, a "Personal guide" was published for the personnel, 1300 people. However, the HR manager demanded that the name of the newly printed brochure be changed to "Personnel Guide". So, before help arrived, I had to order 1300 stickers at my own expense and stick them on the "wrong translation" myself.
😣 It is also necessary to remember once again the moment in 2005 when cellular planets and hierarchical boxes bitterly exchanged places with each other: my already approved program as the information society theme of Finland's EU presidency underwent a "small" change: The theme "Personal EU" was accepted during the delegation's trip to Brussels in the form of "Leadership" .

Every person is born into the world to live a meaningful life.
In the EU, your importance is ensured so that you are also a citizen of the Union if you are a citizen of an EU country. You have the right to vote in the election of representatives of the central European Parliament throughout the Union. The starting point is therefore promising for democracy.
However, it seems that in the everyday lives of 450 million people in 27 countries, cultural diversity, unfamiliarity with topics, and a lack of unifying means of interaction have prevented citizens from expanding their everyday interests and interaction with the entire Union. This is also reflected in the low turnout in the European Parliament elections: only 50% of us use our right to vote to get our preferred representative into the Parliament. This affects the Union's choices and future policies, including relations with forces in the outside world.
The leadership of the European Union, the pioneer of democracy, has long emphasized the centrality of the citizen, and now, finally, the interactive means of the information society allow this to be implemented widely and safely. The question arises of strengthening the European Union with the citizens' money. In other words, what are the CHALLENGES of the EU's nearly 400 million educated adults that could balance the lives of individuals, of all of us, and even of people around the world?
We must recognize our central role as citizens and people in our national societies and the European Union. This identity must never be hidden.
Its significance is important in times of change that are shaping our lives and our communities. Our challenges, experiences, ideas and perspectives are the core of the EU, and the communication between citizens across the Union paves the way for a more sustainable future for all.
Let's fight for essential issues with constantly updated instruments of peace. Together, we can promote the union to use the richness of our cultures, our inspiring cooperation, and meaningful change for life.
Citizens play a key role as quick early sensors in relevant situations, even at the level of the European Union. Their proactive and timely interaction can have an accelerating and, in many ways, clarifying effect on official decision-making processes. By connecting early, citizens can offer valuable insights and perspectives that would otherwise be overlooked.
Utilized feedback increases the dedication and responsibility of the population and promotes more broad-based solutions, ensuring that the administration increasingly encourages the sharing of current experiences and constructive policies to improve the quality of life and promote sustainable development throughout the Union.
Overall, creating opportunities for early "Personal EU" activity can improve the quality of official decision-making while building a more inclusive and secure European Union.

"This vision puts people at the center" says the European Declaration of Digital Rights and Principles - and this is essential to you.
The Personal EU initiative, developed over several decades, offers clear starting points:
Every Internet user has a footprint online: the Internet is aware of your profile.
In every EU country, there is someone whose profile is best suited to cooperate with you.
By creating a Personal EU TeamFinder, the Union could offer its adult population an opportunity to establish Union-wide personal peer groups at the "press of a button".
Personal EU teams should have a guiding toolkit for understanding, comparing, group buying, group selling, voting, organizing...
A Personal EU Academy could act as the coordinator and promoter of the activity.
The launch requires updating the structure and style of the EU website europa.eu in the PPPP (Politic-Public-Private-Person) spirit and placing the Personal EU TeamFinder on its homepage.
Every EU citizen should receive a protected @europa.eu email address when renewing their identity card or passport.
Valuing the increase of personal EU teams and continuous interaction in the Union's list of values is essential both for the members and the Union as a whole because the cooperation of rich local cultures, knowledge, and skills strengthens both nationality and EU-ness.
It is also rewarding for like-minded team members to appreciate each other and enjoy gaining a broader perspective. Daily interaction covers life cycle topics of all sizes and is like a continuous cultural journey to new dimensions that are important to you.
Even in tomorrow's European Union options, "union or confederation," the alternatives need this third Personal EU option as an essential complement to their communication structures.
The roadmap for Personal EU was presented on 5 February 2005 in Brussels to IST developers from 17 Member States at an international workshop of the Commission's Office for New Working Environments. The feedback was positive and pilot projects were prepared in several areas (e.g. Finland, Spain, and Hungary), but the goals did not correspond to the hierarchical EU frameworks. Twenty years later, the EU's Digital Decade 2030 program and the aforementioned declaration on digital rights and principles show that the Union's thinking has been updated to a Personal EU wavelength.

Life is like a rope. You are one strand of it. Your parents are partly involved before you. Your children partly after you. All of us together form the continuum of the rope. The finiteness of our time and the power of our earth's natural forces are stronger than us. Let's not make anyone's life unnecessarily difficult with our own stupidity.
Sometimes, however, it comes to mind that the human brain, which considers itself wise, is a malignant tumor that keeps growing and causing everything we do to end up being more destructive than helpful. We have the opportunity to prove this wrong, at least for ourselves and our close circle. Think how?
Existence is a basic condition for sustainable development.
You are the basic unit of human life.
Humans have created and are creating organizations with their rules and methods alienated from the natural laws of life, with disastrous results for the ecosystem of our world.
However, the world is our only place to live, and we must be kind to it to keep it for us.
We talk about sustainable development, but it is not enough. With the help of our Union-wide person teams, we could better understand what would be best to do for the good of everything and use international individual power to make it happen.
Flora and fauna (including humans) are a natural pair in the creation, complementing and benefiting each other. That is why we should always plant two new trees instead of cutting down one. In this way, we could do our own small part to promote the ability of flora to protect our world from the scorching power of the sun.
