To succeed as an innovation society Europe needs citizen-driven interactive cross-union concepts. How about an OWN personal life-long and challenge-high EU27 online team: someone like you from (up to each) EU country?
In EUs Lisbon strategy and the Commission's i2010 program the goal of the union is to be the world's most advanced innovation
society. Good challenge! But we need unique ideas to make them come true, too.
In the Personal EU vision the union creates for its 500 000 000 citizens an individual interactive tool which makes us all suddenly realize the human value of each others. It allows
you (and each one of us) easily - without language problems - to create your personal union-wide team consisting of someone like you from every or almost every EU country.
Such "Personal EU" teams are needed to upgrade the future European quality: learn languages, solve essential problems and launch innovative ideas on personal, social, hobby,
development and business levels, make important union wide initiatives to the EU leaders. In business alone Europe needs thousands and thousands of new advanced union wide enterprise networks.
We Europeans want to keep our home countries free and independent. We also like to see the best qualities of each other's countries. In union-wide "Personal EU" teams national
strengths and common EU-wide challenges grow to a fascinating and challenging combination. Everyone should in union-wide connections have the right to use his/her own
language - online-anylanguage-to-anylanguage translation systems would ensure the wonderful understanding between us.
The unionīs home page needs a "Personal EU" multi media button. After filling your personal
challenge profile form the system should show an unique collection of 27 people from different countries with same life values, hobbies, business challenges - an EU dream team for you. All
27 (or fewer if you choose so) should be able to meet and communicate at once on your screen. Understanding each others' words is not a problem: the EU organization and
university level programs already have good translation tool projects to develop for us. And we must anyway invest in an anylanguage-to-anylanguage system to ensure surviving of our
language richness and the unique culture treasures behind it

The most essential organization level in making Your personal life quality better is not the EU parliament or the commission or a president - YOU and your personal EU team
together are needed for that. That's why our EU leaders should understand the value of this citizen-centric union-team idea and make it be an essential part of the unions' i2010 program.
"Personal EU" is not only a great continent wide unity creator - it is a big educational technology/business challenge for us all, too.
I believe in Europe and the challenge to see the enormous possibilities of an advanced individual-based co-operation between European
citizens, business and public authority. The EU presidencies offer to the presidency countries an opportynity to be better and better developers of the citizen-centric continuity. That's the
way to make the citizens be proud of their union.
